When the doors to Saris first opened over 30 years ago, they did so with the support of our families, our employees and the community. It is this same, unified spirit that carries us through these uncertain and ever-changing times. In fact, it matters now more than ever.
As we continue to learn more about the impact of COVID-19, and as our Saris Infrastructure team adapts to the changing global environment, we wanted to share some of the actions we’re taking, as well as what you can expect from us. This page will be continuously updated with the latest updates from our team.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, many retirees-turned-volunteers have been advised to stay home, leaving a need for new, younger volunteers. Our solution? The Saris fleet of e-Cargo bikes, paired with low-risk employee volunteers, transported pounds and pounds of food donations to food pantries each week for 9 weeks. Read more >

Out of an abundance of caution and in an effort to keep our community and employees safe, we are no longer offering in-person support for drop-offs, pick-ups, orders, or troubleshooting until further notice. If you require in-person assistance, please inquire with a local bike shop.
